Q: How proactive are you with your PA service?

A: We tailor our PA service to you. We have clients who expect us to virtually run their working lives on their behalf, chasing them for stuff when we know it is needed and we have clients who prefer to run their own affairs but use our service as and when they need to. It is very much up to you which approach we adopt.

Q:How do I get work to you?

A: The majority of work we get comes in from our clients via email but we also receive a lot of draft letters in the post and can take dictation over the phone.

Q:How do you charge us for your services?

A: For ad-hoc services, we invoice you once the task has been completed. You can either pay by Direct Debit (in case you may wish to use our services again NB no Direct Debit will be collected if you don’t use our services again) or via BACS. For the monthly retainer scheme, we would agree the amount of hours you wish to retain our services for each month and set up a monthly Direct Debit for the payments each month.
